Recycled Crafts Program...

is coming to the Powell Branch Library on Monday, November 23rd @ 6 pm. The program will highlight recycled paper crafts, bottle cap animals, capri sun gifts, and recycled textiles.


So, come to the meeting room ready to share your recycled craft experiences and learn some new tricks!
